#5 RFE: ISO-8601 (yyyy-mm-dd) support in DateConverter

I would like to use ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) dates, yet FormEncode's DateConverter doesn't support them.

If I implemented the support, would a patch be accepted?
