Currently the viewer (and visitor of a public sharing page) is able to filter by tags but can't see them which is inconsistent.

Describe the solution you'd like

Let the viewer role (and visitor of a public sharing page) see the tags other Formbricks users set for the response, but not edit / add / remove them.
