Formagic is an easy to use, fast and highly extensible HTML form generator written in PHP5. Formagic provides a framework for validating and filtering user input with very little effort.

Dynamic form creation with easy to understand PHP API
Built-In XSRF protection
Form validation: Mandatory input, numeric value, value ranges, input character length, mail address, custom regex match check, input element dependencies, etc.
Form input filters: Whitespace trimming, date formatting, newline to break, custom string replacements, custom filter callbacks
Shipped with complete HTML 4 (table) and XHTML (dl) renderer as well as an array renderer for highly customizable output
