I downloaded form_generator a couple of days ago, unpacked the archive in a directory under the document root, but when calling .../form_generator/index.php I only receive a blank page.
When going to my .../phpinfo.php URL, everything is just fine.
How and where do I have to configure form_generator?

I am sorry for not providing you help file with this.Actually I am in the process of that.you will need to change host address in config.inc.php file in order to run this properly.then you will be able to run this.And I appriciate you contribution.keep mailing bugs and problem you are facing.I will be solving these within sort span of time.make sure you are running this application under PHP5 and above.
