#12 API for creating pastes

There should be an API endpoint to create new pastes. Then we can use https://github.com/brondsem/curl-oauth and alias sfpaste='curl-oauth --domain sf.net https://sourceforge.net/rest/p/allura/pastebin/create -T -' to create pastes from the commandline.
