We are unable to access our mailing list mbox files. Two separate admins have tried logging in using the instructions located here:
Our team has started investigating this and we've found the root cause of the issue. We'll let you know when it's been fixed.

Thank you! Is there an ETA on when this will be taken care of? There is no huge rush, we are trying to put together a plan it's easy enough to push the item requiring the mbox files to a later date.
This should be fixed now. It works for my account anyway. Please confirm whether or not it works for you as well.
