Hi,

for the latest file release of metaf2xml (1.52, the first after migrating to Allura), there are 2 problems:

1) for /home/frs/project/metaf2xml/1.52, the readme.txt of the parent directory is shown instead of that of the current directory (new error), and

2) the icons for BSD and Solaris (assigned to the .tgz file) are not shown on the main page. (This also happened for previous releases.)

The upload was done (a day ago) as in previous releases, via SFTP to frs.sf.net:/home/frs/project/metaf2xml/1.52/ as described in sf.net/p/forge/documentation/Release%20Files%20for%20Download/#sftp.

Please fix. Thanks!

Kind regards,
Thomas

    Hi,

issue 1) has disappeared, seemingly without any intervention. Maybe it took a while for whatever propagation is needed to happen. BTW there was a similar delay, about 20 hours (quite a lot I'd say), until the download button was updated to point to the new release.

Were there any issues with the FRS, or will this always happen from now on? I didn't notice any delays for previous releases.

So only issue 2) remains, but I can't change the title of this ticket.

    Kind regards,
    Thomas

    Hi again,

there is another issue with the FRS:

    3) When using browsers under Windows, the download button and "Looking for the latest version" still point to the old metaf2xml-1.51.zip.

    Please also fix. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Thomas

    1) we also just fixed a bug today that was causing the readme check to look in the wrong place (parent dir instead of current)

    2) I'm checking with the team on this to confirm, but I suspect that the icons are determined by the Trove categorization setting, not the default download settings. That said, I'm not sure why "OS independent" doesn't show BSD/Solaris. I'll keep you posted on what I find.

    3) fixed

    Hi Chris,

    2) I worked around the issue by adding OpenBSD to the category Operating Systems. However, when I also added Solaris, no icon was displayed. Is this intended? Like if it is available for all OS, it makes no sense to show them all? Pity, the icons look so nice :-)

    Kind regards,
    Thomas
