#4073 Long lines in Discussion topics get truncated

The above URL references a page which demonstrates this. It is not the only page in the project which has this problem. If a line is long and it wraps then the right hand side is not properly displayed.

This is sort of like a "negative display margin" where the display space is smaller than the allowed writing space for the line and so it look truncated.

This happens in IE 10 as well as with Firefox 20.

    In looking at this a bit more it appears that the offending lines are ones which are "bulleted" and indented due to that process. Possibly the code that looks at line length and wrap in this case needs a bit of adjusting.
