Anonymous and logged in users can no longer add to the Discussion section of support tickets. The label "Discussion" is visible, but there is no box for them to enter text.
Your permissions settings look fine to me, and I see the issue you're referring to on your tickets, though I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on a test project. In any case, I'm escalating this to our engineering team to investigate further here: [allura:tickets:#5899]

does not exist anymore, I cannot see any "Discussion" label and it seems the project created a new ticketing system here some months after the submission of this ticket, so some parts of this ticket are superseded by events.
Anyway now I can see the Admin label and I shouldn't, but I get the 403 error as it should be.
Durning a ticket review process I saw this ticket, so I apologize for the delay in my reply to this ticket. I think this is an old issue that has already been taken care of if I'm mistaken please let me know and I will take another look into your situation.
