Bill Wohler
No

Note the sort order for the given query in the URL field is not ascending as requested. I am finding that sorting isn't working as expected on other fields as well.

Note that I just moved tickets from three other Tools into the Tickets tool. This might be related due to underlying database IDs that are different even though the string is the same.

Thus, if sorting is broken, that should be fixed. Otherwise, if I have duplicate entries in my database (especially status, owner, labels, creator, milestone), can you please merge them?

Sorting on your tickets appears to be working fine for me, with one caveat, the user fields (ie., Creator and Owner), are being sorted by the actual username, not the display name (eg., you are sorted as "wohler" instead of "Bill Wohler"). We have a ticket for that issue here: [allura:tickets:#3742]

Does that seem accurate to you? If not, can you clarify exactly how the sorting isn't working as expected?

I've added further comment on [allura:tickets:#3742] pointing to your latest comment, and that it should be reviewed as well when addressing that ticket.
