I had a tech talk me into installing Linux Mint From Windows 10 and in the process he failed to back up my files representing 100's of hours of work lost. He told me to use your recovery tool to recover my files. Redo Rescue is NOT at all user friendly and I got as far as creating the ISO file and rebooting to the external drive only to find you product has absolutely NO tutorials or help files at all whatsoever. It amazes me that techs and engineers still have absolutely no idea what intuitive functionality is or care if everyday people can use their products. Shame on you!!! I have wasted so many hours and lost all my work due to how thoughtless and uncaring techs are these days!!!! What a piece of garbage your product is!!! Absolutely WORTHLESS!!!! Thanks for nothing! And thanks for offering absolutely 0 support and no guidance at all on your product. If anything I have learned never to trust tech or techies!!!!!!!!! I'm cutting the cords. I hope AI steals your job!!!!!
