#27343 move and rename folders in the Files section

I need to be able to move and rename folders in my files section. I no longer see a way to do this. There is a brief description of an interactive shell that might make this possible, but its document page (https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/restricted-docs/Shell%20Service/) give a "Forbidden" error. Please advise how I can do these operations without having ot recreate my file tree
