#27310 Under Step properties, "Level" is ghosted

Hello,
Under Preferences > Solver > Step properties, "Level" is ghosted, unable to designate a Level for the selected check boxes.
You previously responded with reference to a different post as if you were saying that you already answered this error, but the referenced link is not relevant.

OK, thank you.I apologize for the confusion.Darn, when I clicked
"help" on their software, they directed me toward you; hence
confusion.
