I have been hosting my project's website, in the form of a wiki written in perl+sqlite3, on sourceforge's web hosting space. The wiki has been working fine over the last 14+ years, but recently, when I tried to update the page using wiki's editing interface, for example
https://iso2mesh.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi?action=edit&id=jsonlab
I could not save my changes, the page returned an error

I am not entire sure what policy has been changed that prevents my perl cgi script from posting changes to my sqlite3 local database. I was able to login via ssh and both the cgi folder, and the sqlite3 database db file are read/writable from my account.
can you let me know how I can make my wiki to edit again?
thanks
the cloudflare ray ID of the error page is Cloudflare Ray ID: 86bcec9f7ef78d11
