Can you please update me about the status of your investigations? I can not release new versions of Freeplane until the issue is resolved.
Many thanks,

Hello,
It appears that directory does not contain an index file.
Looks like the URL should be:
https://www.freeplane.org/info/history/history_en.txt
A 403 error will appear if the URL points to a directory that doesn't have an index file.
Sincerely,
SourceForge Support
Got it.
Yesterday some php scripts were not working but now everything seems to work as expected.
I think you can close the ticket.
Thanks and regards.
