#252 Keep getting Error 500 when saving ticket

Using the new Allura interface.

1.) I constantly get error 500 messages when I save a ticket update on our project, ooRexx. The page/URL I added above is just 1 example. I just made a couple of updates to that ticket and on every save I got the message:

Error 500

We're sorry but we weren't able to process this request.

But, the ticket was updated.

2.) However, the one change when I changed the owner to myself, it lost all the text I put in the comment field. If I edit a ticket, is it supposed to not let me add a comment at the same time? If so that is not very user friendly. Some of these things, I can not tell if they are not working properly, of if that is just the way it is.

For 1) are you still seeing this? I wonder if those comments were made during a code push, or something similar.

    2) seems like you're running into the same issue that I've run into here: [allura:tickets:#4530]

Do you concur? If so, please vote up that ticket and let me know. Also, a workaround (and overall just helpful tool) that's helped me recover from losing text from all sorts of different issues/bugs is the Lazarus plugin

For 1.) I haven't seen the 500 error recently, probably not since I opened the ticket.

For 2.) I do concur and added a vote to the ticket and a comment.

Okay, tagging this ticket as related to the two aforementioned tickets.

Both of the issues reported here are now fixed.
