There is a severe problem regarding my project-web, probably since 12. September. When I execute ls /home/project-web/ on the shell server I get error messages the socket is not connected and erroneous output:

We're not seeing any issues on our end, and it looks like you were able to create a shell within the last couple hours. Can you confirm if this is still a problem for you?

I just executed ssh -t dlippold@shell.sourceforge.net create. Result of my first try:

Requesting a new shell for "dlippold" and waiting for it to start.
queued... creating... starting...

could not open any host key
ssh_keysign: no reply
sign using hostkey ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 SHA256:W5Aer0OjESVt5fbduA9o7/XUeTdmi8arcwhjmVaGbzs failed
dlippold@10.60.21.79's password:
Connection to shell.sourceforge.net closed.

My second try was successful and I was loged in. Now ls -l /home/project-web/covid19-de-stats/ was also successful (no error message). But then I executed ls -l /home/project-web/covid19-de-stats/ and get:

drwxr-xr-x 1 dummy 48 0 28. Apr 2020 cgi-bin
drwxr-xr-x 1 dummy 48 259 15. Sep 13:31 htdocs

So htdocs belongs to user dummy and group 48. But I don't belong to group 48. Therefore I cannot write im my web-directory and when I execute touch /home/project-web/covid19-de-stats/htdocs/testdat I get an error message. Interestingly after that the command ls /home/project-web/outputs error messages again (the socket is not connected).

There is still a severe problem.
