The download button is being added multiple times. It is also wring the file to my git repository, which just gets bigger and bigger, making the release page unusable.
Rcently I've been playing with automation workflow in Github around releases.
There are some issues around README.md file.
When source of release body is RELEASE.md file, the body gets synced to SourceForge, but the file itself not. Neither Zip files with source code get synced..
I had to add 2 release update actions, once updating files, then again updating content to force SF to sync files.
Eventually however this failed, so switched to creating fresh release always .. I'll post problems about that as separate ticket.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Seems to be fixed. Ideleted all of the download buttons except one, went
away, and came back after a few minutes. Previous to the bug being fixed,
there would have been six or seven buttons all piled up, and the list just
got bigger and bigger (obviously it was adding a button without properly
checking that one was already there). Noe it seems to be OK, so thanks for
fixing this for me.

Hello,
The contents of the README file will be displayed below the folder's file listing in SourceForge's file browser.
We show the source at the very bottom:
Please edit that file to remove the extra buttons.
Sincerely,
SourceForge Support
