#604 skip project update emails

Is it possible to disable emails being sent out for certain release uploads. At times minor changes are made but so far Ive avoided uploading the updated release to prevent people from getting frequent emails.

Unfortunately it's not something that can be skipped currently. Sounds like a good idea though, so I'll move this to our feature requests tracker.
