#1328 project Statistics using the new Beta Project

I created a new project (sippi) and updated some older projects, to the new Beta Project System.

One thing that I really miss is the ability to track all sorts of statistics in the new system. For example I will use the Wiki for documentation of the 'sippi' project, but is there a way to track which pages people are seeing ? Is it possible to use google analytics for this purpose or is there another way ?

I would also like to see simple stats such as how many people have accessed the project on sourceforge.. ? All this was possible in the classic project system. Is this possible when using the beta Project system ?

We don't currently have stats like that available, however we have a ticket for adding some traffic stats here: [allura:tickets:#4908]

Additionally, there's a team of contributors that's been working on some statistics modules that our team is reviewing for inclusion in our site.

The team is opting not to re-implement traffic statistics at this time.
