I was trying to upload my private subversion repository and import it into sourceforge using the procedure as described at https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/documentation/SVN%20Importing/
I managed to upload my zipfile and unzip it to the shell, but then things went wrong. Whenever I tried to do: 'adminrepo --checkout svn', I get: 'The repository lock failed' I tried various things, like creating the directories manually and stuff. Eventually, I tried to create a new repository and import the old one into that. But this didn't work (couldn't save it + it didn't show up in sourceforge). So I deleted those directories.
To be certain that subversion was working, I tried to do a checkout of the 'empty' repository that came with the installation. This worked, I managed to check in a file from my local pc. But now, when I go to my admin page, tab 'tools', everything is gone except 'admin' and an external link that I added, the wiki panel, svn, ticket, are all gone, but the upper horizontal tabs (where it says 'files', 'ticket', )code' are still visible and working. What's going on, can I no longer customize or change these features once a single check-in is done?
Also, how do I import the subversion repository dump?

    Greetings,

The issues with the display at Admin -> Tools is being investigated here: [allura:tickets:#5193]

As for the importing the repo, could you clarify where you uploaded your dump file to? I'll see what I can do to help with importing it for you.

    Thanks,

I uploaded a zip file to web.sourceforge.net, with username bragi1976
The file is called svndump.zip, the unzipped repository dump is called 'svndump' (rather big). The zipfile has already been unzipped at the same location. From there, I got stuck: every time I wanted to do the checkout, I got a 'repository lock failed'.

What's the full path? And can you make sure that the dump file has group read permissions?

    Thanks,

The path in winscp says: /home/users/b/br/bragi1976 Both zip and unzipped file have group read permissions according to winscp.
      also, the project is: https://sourceforge.net/p/nnd/

The issue with Admin -> Tools has been fixed, and I'm working getting that repository imported now.

    I'll keep you posted.

I've completed import into my test project, and from there, I'm re-importing into your code tool.

Ok, thanks a bunch. I can see the repository data now. The import appears to have worked and I can also see the tools on the admin menu.
    Thanks.
This ticket can be closed, just don't know how to do that.
