I'm working on creating a forum for translations to be posted in. Can't think of a better way at this time. I will also add a wiki page with howto documentation on setting QT Linguist and submitting translations.

if the italian Language is not already present, I could translate Win32Disk Imager into it.
Meanwhile the translation is almost ready at the point of the "diskimager_it.qm" file has been created from the "diskimager_it.ts" file got by renaming the "diskimager_en.ts" one (I am not very practice in generating Language files by QT Linguist, but after reading on doc.qt.digia.com website I should have done it).
But by the way it seems some strings/labels in Win32Disk Imager are missing in the "diskimager_en.ts" since in the program they are still in English using the Italian translation.
That is, grouping these strings/labels by sections in brackets [], they are:

if you teach me how is the protocol how it works the registers for translate in Spanish? and/or if the need to be teach to compile QT, and/or "Imma Barros" for some reason can't do it, I could do my first contribution to open source

Maybe you could use https://www.transifex.com/? It's free for FOSS projects as far as I'm aware.
I'm interested in helping localize the software into Spanish. I'm a linguist and professional localizer, and an open source enthusiast :)
I also know and use the translation platform @Tjeerd mentions, and it may be quite useful for managing multiple locales.
