I'm looking for someone with CSS skills to create a new webpage for the Wapiti project
The current webpage is ugly.
As attachment you fill find a mock-up of what I'd like : a fixed header at top with two buttons (download and donate), a "blur zone" to make the text "disappear" while scrolling and a footer.
