Project TitanEngine, is fully customizable! Cause it is module based!
It is fully based on Vulkan API!
Main goal is to have a Cloud Rendering Engine, that renders large & huge maps and assets in the background
before the character is there, where he is ! (LOD System)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

C#, Swift, Java (Has to be rethink, wich one we use mainly!)
Swift is preferred!
