If you want to attract developers to work on your project, you need to be as specific as possible. Your posting should list as many of the following as possible:
Describe what the project does.
Link to the project summary page or website.
List language(s) the project is coded in.
Post links to specific tickets developers can start on.
Post contact information or a forum where developers can follow up.
And, remember to update your post when the need has passed.
