c++/qt is a great and good library for creating softwares. And a numbers of download manager are there but none of them fit for all types of people and people's need. so this is a small step to create a download manager to fulfill all the needs of users.
Nevertheless the subjects shows as cpp developer but all are welcome here to contribute their expertise to make it better..
