Ogles (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ogles/files/ogles2) is 2D and 3D project for visualization and analysis of CT and MRI slice data. It's source still has bugs and is partially confusing.
And there is so much to do:
Diffusion tensor imaging,
(Semi-) Automatic segmentation,
Configuration of the electrical field in context of deep brain stimulation,
Implementation of 3D display,
and numerous other directions of development.
Any participation in the project is appreciated.
