I have been developing a new programming language SPL that keeps all of the strengths of C, amends some of its weaknesses and adds a lot of coding sugar on top. The work has come to a point where what started as a mere hobby compiler (now working, compiling itself and the "standard library") is budding into a toolset (IDE, etc.) - all of which I can no longer handle all by myself.
I'm looking for like-minded developer((s) if I'm lucky) to join me in bringing this saga to a triumphant victory. Not only that, but any new ideas to further improve the SPL language will be at least as welcome as my own.
Just a few areas where I would appreciate lots of help are: Ongoing collaboration with the SPL IDE project. Creating the Linux port of the code generator, Helping with the threading support in the SPL standard library, Finishing the Win32 API adaptation, Creation of SPL conformance validation suite, ...and many more.
I am "akapusti" in Sourceforge, or "akapusti@yahoo.co.uk",
Cheers,
Me
