The openDCN software environment -- where DCN stands for Deliberative Community Networks – provides dedicated tools for supporting online participation and deliberation.
openDCN aims at supporting citizens’ participation providing a wide range of integrated tools to build an online environment with informed discussions, calendars of events, collection of problems and proposals, petitions and brainstormings.

There you can also find a list of the main sites built with openDCN, whose topics vary from e-participation space for communities of interests, branches of political parties, campaigning, online courses, projects, collective blogs, and so on.
Now we are rewriting openDCN interface based on the bootstrap framework and we are seeking a graphic designer to assist with designing custom images and graphics for providing openDCN of an original look and feel.
Qualifications / Experience:
Ability to design images and graphic elements to use in web environments
Basic knowledge of web design and interaction design
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS with regards to images and color schemes
Responsibilities:
Create website color schemes
Create logo, banner, and icon images for use on the website
Modification and enhancement of existing images and graphics
