#784 Allowed project URL lengths are too small

Please increase the number of characters limit for the project URLs to be at least 60. (Right now it is restricted to be between 3 and 30.)

Many GitHub repositories -- many of mine at least -- have descriptive names that exceed the 30 characters limit. For example:

https://github.com/antononcube/Raku-ML-StreamsBlendingRecommender (34 characters)

https://github.com/antononcube/Raku-DSL-English-FoodPreparationWorkflows (41 characters)
