#761 Enhance Sourceforge Structure

Make the structure very simple and intuitive to facilitate understanding and use.
See what happens with projects like GitHub, whose structure practically does not require documentation and support, as it is very simple to use. I never needed to use GitHub support.
Such projects generally have a rapid growth.
After all, do you want more people to use SourceForge or not? If so, work on simplifying the structure of SourceForge, as it is a shame a gigantic structure without being underused. SourceForge is currently intended only for experts from the Unix world.
