#756 Display Order of Projects - Manual Pinning

Hello,
the display of projects is currently ordered alphebetically with the upper case letters first. The display of the user projects is initially limited to 5 projects. Thus the first 5 projects named beginning with upper case letters are displyed only by default. In addition when the user opens all projects by 'Show More' the order is still based on alphabetic order.

It would be eventually a good feature to provide manual pinning of the display order, which could be defined by the user account.
