#711 increased length of account names

could you please consider extending the permissible length of account user names to at least 20 characters? My open source name is Boundless Brainpower (20 chars) which was not allowed when I careated my account (limit 15 chars). So I had to name my account after my first Sourceforge project (Skippity) which will now cause confusion when I add additional projects.
Also, if the above is allowed, an easy means of chaning the account name.
