#698 allow admin to remove spam

Sometimes my forum gets spam and the only option for an admin to remove spam is to use the 'hide message from public view' link.
Can you add a 'mark as spam' link to the messages on the mailing list (on the SF site) for the admins to
a) permanently delete the message from the mailing list
b) maybe use the spam message as feedback to the spam filter to improve itself

One could also add a 'mark as spam' link to the bottom of the email (for mail sent to the admin only).
