#544 Add ability to rename a thread and to move a post to a new thread

Hi there,

A user created a new disussion thread with the generic title "Bugs & Fixes" and posted his specific bug report. This confused other users, because they think that they have to post all of their bug reports into this one "generic" thread.

It would be great if I could rename the thread so that it reflects his specific bug. It would also be great if I could move the posts of other users into other threads, specifically named and dedicated to their bug.

My project is quite new and I do not want to use artificial means to fix the problem, because it could appear that I am "gaming the system" (creating artificial interrest in my project).
