When FIRST creating A ticket, only ONE opportunity is given to upload images / files. Multiple files can ONLY be selected to upload at once, IF they are in SAME local folder - forcing users to move ANY / ALL files to be uploaded, to the SAME local folder (waste of time); instead of being able to upload one file, then browse to a different local folder & upload another image.
This is the way most forums / bug trackers' uploading images work. Can upload one image from C:\images; then upload another from E:\images2. Most ALSO display an "attach / upload another file," after adding the 1st image. SF's GUI does not.
Also, uploaded images don't display in "preview." The create ticket GUI has no way to delete uploaded images, after ticket is saved / submitted. If wrong image was uploaded, NO way to delete it. Need to be able to either / and / or:
see uploaded image displayed in preview mode, before ticket is saved;
once ticket is saved, provide method to delete incorrect images & replace them.
