#404 Digest for Update notifications via emal

Problem: If you subscribe to Update notifications via email of many Projects, it becomes spammy. Also, such subscriptions are not listed in the Account Settings page.
Suggestion:
1) List Project Update subscriptions in the Account Settings.
2) Allow selection of digest per Project, e.g. weekly & monthly.
3) Gather all Project Updates with same setting together in such email digests.
