#290 Allow to rename forum threads

Currently neither thread creators nor forum moderators are allowed to rename forum threads.
Renaming forum thread is important because sometimes names are confusing like in case discussed in thread https://sourceforge.net/p/freeplane/discussion/758437/thread/66728b21/ which should have name "addons moved" but has got name "addons removed" which can not be changed any more.

Therefore I request to add thread name editing possibility to forums like it works in other discussion apps e.g. phpBB

Yes, this is a basic function that's definitely needed.

This is now available to anyone with 'moderate' permission on a forum. It is available through the edit icon on the top of a thread.
