#288 Allow a way to influence "Recommended Projects"

The box entitled "Recommended Projects" on our project overview page shows projects that have absolutely no relation to our openGPS project except for a name similarity. For historical reasons in "openGPS" the "GPS" stands for "Geometric Product Specification" what is a quite old abbreviation used in several ISO standards (ISO 10360, ISO 25178 and others). The much younger meaning of GPS as "Global Positioning System" has no relation to our project.

How can I avoid the display of this misleading information on our project home page?
