#272 Download statistics graph shouldn't show current day since it is incomplete data

Excuse the interruption, but the File Summary chart is always a downer on SourceForge. ;-)

The graph end-point reflects as yet to be tallied days, and always points the graph down, like the project is in free fall regarding activity and interest. I think it'd be fair game to at least flat line the end-point until data says otherwise.

Just a point. Every project graph, ends on an abrupt downer.
