#265 Provide templates for wiki

Mediawiki allows to use complex templates. That includes, for example, the use of variables like {{NAMESPACE}} or {{BASEPAGENAME}}. With those information it is easy to create and access localized pages that uses the same page name with the common posix extension. It would be great to provide this feature in future wikis.
