#164 Modify the title of a forum thread.

I don't see a way to modify the Title (Subject) of a forum thread (topic).

So, this is a request to add such a feature. Users tend to use bad thread titles like "fix bug", "need help" etc...

It's quite disturbing that this isn't possible in Allura. I'd even count this as a bug, not a feature request...

I would recommend to give the feature to the Topic creator and to moderators and admins.

This is now available to anyone with 'moderate' permission on a forum. It is available through the edit icon on the top of a thread.
