Currently supported platforms are:

Windows 64 bit, tested on Windows 7.
Linux 64 bit, tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and on Debian 8.5.
Unpack the zip file in a directory of your choice
Open the forest01 file from your file manager or from the command line
Test the forest01 tool with the test dataset provided.
