#5 FDPA Error 430

I just downloaded ForeignDesk, and I'm trying to create
my first project using the FDPA. When I click on the
"Next" button in the "New" tab (took me over an hour to
find out I needed to do that), I get the following error:

Run-time error '430':
Class does not support Automation or does not support
expected interface

... and then the FDPA exits.

I'm running Windows 98 Second Edition.

Does the problem appear on the first instance of Next or
when you choose Start?

You may also try running the ForeignDesk application
before this process. It sounds like your COM registry is
not up to date.
