#925 Multiple connections

It is possible to create more than one connection between the same I/Os. When you deploy an application to forte with two or more similar connections, an error state will be replied. Because this connections are overlapped, it is difficult to locate this error.
The attached picture shows an example of two identical connections.

in cset [fordiac-ide:d75853] this is fixed for event connections. For data and adapter connection it was anyhow not possible.
