#901 patch 4Diac help contents

I found a broken link in the fordiac help files. This link points to a file called "lib.html", so I guess it is now implemented in the "installFromSource.html" file. --> first patch
It was not possible to open the fordiac help contents in the IDE, because the "toc.xml" file had an open tag. --> second patch
