#2 Loading in a .log/.out file appears to freeze the software
When you load in a relatively large i.e., 15+ atoms, Gaussan log file, the software appears to freeze. Obviously this is the step from dumping the contents of a Java String into the JTextArea and it will eventually unfreeze. This could do with a "Loading, please wait" type of indication.
