#2 Option to allow anonymous and non-Socknet replies.

An option in a user's settings that allows anonymous and non-Socknet users to post replies to a user's profile. Whether to send these replies to friends still needs to be decided. I'm for not sending them right now, but I'm looking for good reasons to change my mind.
