#70 Oce VarioPrint 2100 an 2110 PPDs

Oce VarioPrint 2100 and Oce VarioPrint 2110 Postscript
PPDs in foomatic-db contain the following:

ShortNickName: "Océ VarioPrint 2100 PS3"
NickName: "Océ VarioPrint 2100 PS3"

gnome-cups-manager has problems with the "é" in "Océ".
I'm using Ubuntu GNU/Linux 6.04 "Dapper Drake".

Although the "é" seems valid according to the Adobe PPD
Specification version 4.3 it think it would be nice to
stick to ASCII and just use Oce (without accent).
Mainly because of consistency reasons since all other
Oce PPDs in foomatic-db already use plain ASCII "Oce"
in NickNames.
