If a postscript job consists of a single EPSF file
beginning with the %!PS-Adobe-.*EPSF designation,
and has a DSC-compliant Setup and Prolog section,
foomatic-rip still complains that it didn't find a Setup and
Prolog section and creates its own, because it never
considers EPSF files to be DSC compliant. While it
may be desirable to ignore these sections in embedded
EPSF files, shouldn't foomatic-rip take advantage of the
Setup and Prolog sections of an unembedded EPSF
file?
